Understand & Research
Hear the vision, read the world.
We listen to your vision and current state, and use LLMs to broadly survey competitive and industry movements — grasping where to compete and what is changing.
Approach
From vision to delivery, we think and act alongside you.
FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) — a team standing at the front line of transformation, combining the responsiveness to give visions form quickly with the flexibility to meet a wide range of needs. We carry the work continuously, from framing the question through production operations and lasting adoption. We do not stop at supporting the vision; we stay with you to confirm "what lies beyond" — visible only once the vision is realized.
A good system is a well-considered one. Even when an idea strikes, we deepen our thinking by iterating between implementation and discussion.
Only then does what truly should be built come into focus.
Hear the vision, read the world.
We listen to your vision and current state, and use LLMs to broadly survey competitive and industry movements — grasping where to compete and what is changing.
Define the question worth solving.
Not all things at once: we sketch the winning angle — the picture we should aim for — and identify the single point worth investing in.
Validate the technical concept.
We look at something that runs, and check operational fit as well. Iterating between implementation and discussion, we determine technical feasibility.
Validate the operation and ROI.
We verify the operation on production assumptions and assess return on investment (ROI). With something working in front of us, we discuss and sharpen the essential challenge together.
Build it into a production system.
The form solidified through operational validation is built into a system that withstands production operations.
Take root. Then self-drive.
We run it in production and let it take root. We stay with you until it operates as part of daily work, and you can take ownership of operations yourself.

PoC and operational validation are not one-shot. Implement, verify, discuss, rebuild
— repeating this loop to sharpen the resolution of our answer, validate ROI, and only then move to production.
Too many PoCs end as just PoCs. The main cause is misjudging "whether it can be realized." Technology has clear capabilities and clear limits — many of which are knowable before implementation begins. And many of the "cannot be done today" problems are, with the right sequence or enough time, reachable — not truly impossible. So we soberly assess feasibility and design the order in which we proceed. Avoiding detours and rework, we chart a path of transformation that goes beyond PoC.
Some customers want to understand the system themselves and even modify or extend it. We can also support you in building a system you can self-drive — transferring development style, methodology, and implementation, including agent-based development.
Human capability and machine capability
have different characteristics,
and can complement each other.
Yet to understand each other's will
and read each other's intent,
simply using AI is not enough —
we need a function that mediates between them.
With Ravel as our foundation,
the neurosymbolic AI design
we adopt as standard practice
deepens the connection between human and machine,
and augments what you can do.
Know-how and experience alone cannot realize our way of working.
To iterate implementations quickly and create productivity that grows, we rely on three foundations.
The first step starts with a conversation.
Tell us about your operational challenges.
